QotD: It Was Kismet

How did you meet your current, or most recent, significant other?

Vans Warped Tour 1999.  Alexis was the friend of a friend that I was going to the show with.  I was driving that day so I got to find out where she lives.  I believe the first time I laid eyes on her I was half way up the front path of her house as she was just exiting the front door.  Our mutual friend was being absent minded on the car ride to the show so I earned some brownie points by suggesting they shut their window so Alexis' hair didn't get blown clean off her scalp.  Then after said mutual friend took off to hang out with other people at the show I had the oppurtinity to get to know Alexis a little more.  We even rocked out to the same tunes on the car ride back home.

A few mix tapes later that year and it was love <3
