This is the view I see every time I open my fridge.  Gorgeous, huh?  The original plan was to go down to The Brick and purchase one case of beer.  We (Alexis and me) opted for the Amber (aka blue) to change things up as we've been on a Honey Red (aka red) kick for quite some time.  However, when we got to the registar, the kind gentleman there informed us that the Honey Red was just bottled yesterday after a week and a half hiatus.  Fresh beer?  Fresh our favourite beer?  Well as the picture above shows I just didn't have the heart to put the Amber back on the shelf.  Thus the battle of Red vs Blue rages on in our fridge.  Who will win?  Right now it's a tie.  A tasty, tasty tie.

As you noticed this beer was purchased from The Brick, not The Beer Store.  If anyone read my To Canada!  Beer! post, you'll realize I've skipped going to the LCBO altogether and just buy my beer straight from the source.  Buying local and making sure more of my money goes to support the brewer.  It's win-win.
